Cohorts put founders in the same room, but being in the same room doesn’t always build trust. In Make SPACE Sessions, Ryan facilitates candid conversations where founders name the challenges they’ve been carrying and get support from a coach and their peers.
The sessions work best partway through a cohort, once founders know each other a little, and the real challenges have started to show. Many programs pair them with a coaching retainer so founders can keep working on what comes up.
